This 1 story farmhouse sits on 6 acres of park like setting - pepper trees, orange, lemon,lime, olive, guava trees and beautiful douglas fur. Hike the property around the corral, stables and pasture. Take in the view of Sandstone Peak, Hidden Valley farms, Lake Sherwood and beyond. House has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds, a twin and a queen. 2nd bedroom is a TV room with a queen fold out sofa bed and a huge carpeted area for sleeping bags or air mattress. 1 large screen flat TV with wifi and Direct TV. Property has a gate so access is controlled. 5 minute walk to Back Bone trail head and Mishawaka trail head. 15 minute drive down the canyon to Neptune's Net, Leo Carrillo Beach and Pacific Coast Highway. 15 minute drive to Malibu Winery and the Malibu Wine Safari. Outdoor shower in the stables. Back patio has lounge chairs and large dining table. Front patio is a covered pergola with a small table that seats 6. Wifi included but note - this area is on satelite dish only - so internet speeds are not optimal for lengthy business zoom conference calls. Fine for gmail, instagram, facebook etc....regarding TV - limited channel availability for same reasons - we get major networks and CNN/ ESPN. TV is a smart TV so netflix is available.
