It really has it all! For the winter months, enjoy the floor to ceiling stone wood fireplace with a generous supply of firewood , to the instant hot water loop, coupled with gas and electric heat for your comfort. Then step outdoors for sledding and snow fun on the property, and the park. (Hop over to Flagstaff for cross country skiing, shops, Polar Express, Snow Bowl, dining etc.) In the summer months enjoy ATV/Polaris/scooter rentals, hiking, biking, fishing, BBQ on patio, family parties etc. Comforts indoors include central air, ceiling fans and an abundance of windows reaching 25+ feet high.... As an additional service, we would be happy to accommodate your food and beverage needs, providing a well stocked kitchen and bar to your liking. Hop over to Sedona to the beautiful Red rocks, Slide Rock and Oak Creek Canyon. Next, we'll continue with the layout at the Chalet. It boasts a main house and optional ground level studio. The main house sleeps 5 adults max plus 2 children and consists of 2 levels with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and Loft. The finely appointed additional STUDIO sleeps 2 adults and 2 children may be rented as part of your package for $100.00/night + cleaning fee. This ground level studio provides additional accommodations to large families etc. It has a family room well equip stainless/granite kitchen, full bath/shower, private patio and separate entrance. Next, 4 outdoor decks, including a large 1,100 sq. ft. wrap around deck and roof-top observation deck! It captures outstanding views of Munds Park as far as the eye can see, as well as Sedona and San Francisco peaks.
