Saint-Paul-de-Vence, less than 1km away, was discovered by a group of Impressionist painters in the 1920’s and has been visited by stars and celebrities over the decades.
There are fabulous views from its ramparts, a Fragonard perfume shop, two Michelin starred restaurants and galleries and workshops maintain the village’s “arty” feel.

The world-famous temple of contemporary art, Fondation Maeght, is just up the hill.
After a visit to this amazing museum, stop for lunch in the village or buy your baguettes at the bakery before heading back to your villa for an afternoon of swimming in the pool and relaxing with a book on one of the terraces.

When it’s time to leave your splendid villa and exquisite village to head for the coast there are so many choices of destination.
The nearest stretches of sandy beaches with plentiful watersports are at Cagnes-sur-Mer with the more iconic Côte d'Azur resorts such as Cannes, Juan Les Pins, Antibes and Nice are all within easy driving distance.

For yet more stunning scenery, spend time in Mougins, Biot or Grasse or explore the French markets in exquisite places such as Vence and Valbonne.
