Relax and listen to the sound of the loons from this tranquil lakeside cottage directly overlooking the water. Webber Pond is a 1,200 acre lake located in central Maine with exceptional fishing. Boat, canoe and kayak all from your private dock. Public boat launch is nearby. Golfing is just steps away at Maine's premier 36 hole Natanis Golf course.
Vassalboro is centrally located to Augusta, Waterville, China Lakes Region and Belgrade Lakes Region. Other areas within a one hour drive are Portland, Bangor, Belfast, Camden, Boothbay Harbor, Rockland, Bath and other coastal towns along with Reid State Park and Popham Beach State Park.
The cottage sleeps six with one bedroom with a double bed, sleeping porch with a queen size bed and two twin beds in the upstairs loft. Fully appliance kitchen and full bath.
We are flexible with the rental period, weekends, weekly, monthly or full season.
No smoking. Pets Considered. Owners are adjacent to the property.
Digital Cable Package and High Speed Internet Access, Propane Gas Grill, Air Conditioning, Basic linens and towels provided (suggest you bring your own for additional comfort and swimming - Laundry close by). Parking for 2-3 cars. Maximum of 6 overnight guests.
