Here you are welcomed by the large patio that leads you directly into the residence with its open floor plan where the living room and kitchen are joined in a high ceiling and sleeping loft upstairs. The ceiling height creates a spacious and bright feeling. There is a nice dining area by the window, sofa bed and TV, as well as a kitchen that is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Further into the residence you will find a nice bedroom and a fresh bathroom with shower. Through the living room you reach the sleeping loft upstairs. Out on the patio there are different seating areas as well as barbecue and direct connection to the patio you have a lush plot perfect for play. Let ye behold the life of nature and enjoy the song of the birds for morning coffee. Sit down in the lounge furniture after a good bite to eat and let your eyes rest on the horizon and the magical sunset! Good to know: The owner lives on the same plot, about 30 meters away, but lush trees and shrubs create a secluded location where you have a plot of about 600sqm adjacent to the property. You have free access to the jetty and rowing boat located on the common property. If you want to rent a boat engine, you do it from the owner. Fishing rods and life jackets are available to borrow in different sizes so take the opportunity to take a fishing trip with the boat! Fishing license required. A number of board games, video games and DVDs are also available. Tips! Borrow the boat and row over to the other side of the lake and then enjoy a beautiful walk through the forest to the sea. The roads around here are very popular bike paths but there are also beautiful hiking trails such as Sörmlandsleden and Nynäsleden. Don't miss the nice sandy beach at Nickstabadet in Nynäshamn, only a few minutes away by car. In Nynäshamn there are several nice restaurants and shops, stroll along the boats down in the harbour with an ice cream in hand or why not treat yourself to a good piece of food with beautiful views of Nynäshamn archipelago!
