Nestled in the quiet Aruban community of Sabana Liber, Noord is the stunning Summer Breeze Villa. This ultra-private and gated Villa is only a 5-6 minute drive from Eagle and Palm Beaches and the high-rise hotel area. Upon entering the home you are greeted with a large and comfortable living room with ample seating, a large Smart TV, and a pull-out queen sofabed. The spacious kitchen and dining are just past the living room. Summer Breeze boasts a MASSIVE Master Bedroom and ensuite bath. The Guest Master Bedroom also includes an ensuite bath. The third guestroom offers 2 Twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and their own air conditioning. Superfast WIFI is available throughout the property. The backyard is your own private tropical oasis with a pool, bbq grill, and ample comfortable seating. A clothes washer and dryer are also available for your use. Cribs and rollaway beds are available at an additional cost of $10/Night each.

All linens, towels, pool supplies, beach towels, beginning toiletries, and paper supplies are provided.

A rental vehicle is highly recommended. Our complimentary 5-Star Guest Concierge is available to you after booking to help you reserve a vehicle at the best price from one of our local vendors.

This Villa is managed by Bon Cas Vacation Rentals. As our guest, you can expect to receive our 5-star Guest Concierge Service throughout your stay. We are happy to arrange anything from rental cars, excursions, and even private chefs! If is can be done on Aruba, we can arrange it for you!

Bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival require full payment.

Cancellations will go into effect as of the date that written notice is received by Bon Casita Vacation Rentals.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations made between 60 – 31 days will forfeit 50% of funds paid and will receive a 50% refund of funds paid. Any cancellations made 30 – 15 days prior will forfeit 75% of any funds paid and will receive a 25% refund of funds paid. Any cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival are not entitled to a refund and will not retain any credit.
A guest has the option to retain their refund with Bon Casita Vacation Rentals as a Guest Credit for use up to 1 (one) year from the original reservation.
All reservations may receive a full refund if canceled within 24 hours of initial booking.
