L-Ghabex is a rustic style villa built at the edge of the village of Ghasri. Set in the countryside, the back (pool area) overlooks terraced unobstructed countryside. Very quiet location.
The villa comprises an entrance hall with a live planter and a sofa for quiet reading that leads into an internal courtyard ideal for shaded relaxation and reading. This further leads into the main living/TV den/dining and kitchen area, all combined in one huge open space. This area opens directly onto the very private swimming pool and deck area complete with B-B-Q and shaded outside dining. Unobstructed country views and the landmark shrine of Ta' Pinu makes the view from the back unique. The living area has also a live fireplace that makes this property also convenient for a cozy winter vacation or longer escape from the colder country of origin. The kitchen is equipped with all that you will require - fridge/freezer, gas stove cooker and oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. A spare toilet/shower and laundry room with automatic washing machine, iron board and iron, complete the ground floor.
In the upper floor one finds 4 bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom/shower. Each bathroom is equipped with an electric shaving unit.
Recently renovated to high-end standards with new bathrooms, infinity edge swimming pool and an extended deck/outdoor dining area.
Now fully air conditioned in all bedrooms and living areas though optional through a coin meter; otherwise fans are available free of charge.
