Once inside the home, you will find a step down living room to the left and the dining room, kitchen, second bathroom and access to the laundry room to the right. Straight ahead are the three bedrooms and 2nd full bathroom. Out the kitchen window, the pool and spa can be seen, and reached by the exit just off the kitchen.�
This cottage sits on several acres just outside of Geyserville and only ten minutes to Healdsburg. Walk to tasting rooms and restaurants in Geyserville. The Russian River is a mile away for swimming, and a refreshing pool cools in summer. An artist's studio in back will be open for touring in the future.
