There is plenty of room around the pool to relax in the sunloungers, but if you prefer the shade, then there is also a covered area overlooking the pool. There are shops and a restaurant within 2-3kms and the very attractive town of Montbron is 11kms away with all services, restaurants and cafés. You should also visit the town of Angoulême, the capital of the Charente, just over half an hour away, and there are tennis courts within 2kms and karting locally too. A great centre from which to discover this lovely area of France.
