The villa is close to the sea and features a private partially fenced garden and a terrace where you can relax and enjoy. The sea is only 200 m away whereas the golf course is 2 km away. A visit to the Zwarte Polder Nature Reserve 1 km away is also possible. Enjoy delicacies from the various restaurants located close to the villa. Buy general supplies 2 km away and you can also go horseback riding 4 km away. Play and Bunkerpark Groede Podium is 7 km and The Zwin nature reserve is 15 km away. This expansive villa is spread on two floors with an open kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub and a private garden with a playroom and a relaxation area on the ground floor. While all other bedrooms are spread on the first floor. There is plenty of space for car parking. Sun loungers, barbecue, high chairs, and lounge sets are available. When you book the linen package for the beds, you will receive a set of bath towels.
