Welcome to La Petite Maison, a delightful, stylish cottage perfect for discovering the Côte d'Or and Burgundy. This property sits in an elevated position looking down on some houses below. Offering spacious accommodation in two stylish bedrooms, two shower rooms and generous light, bright,  living area accommodating 4 people in comfort. Bedroom one has a large double bed (bed 160 x 200) located upstairs from the living area with its own en-suite shower room. Outstanding views lead across the valley from the bedroom Velux window.  You will find this bedroom has plenty of storage for your belongings and a pretty dressing table with hairdryer.  An uncluttered space to relax in during your stay.  Bedroom two is down a few steps from the main living area, configured with two single beds (beds 90 x 200) and an enormous picture window dominates the room for you to enjoy the rural views of the garden and beyond.  Like the other bedroom, there is plenty of storage for your belongings along with a hairdryer for your use.  Opposite, there is a shower room with a large sized shower, natural light and lots of hot water to ensure your bathroom needs are met. 
 
The luminous living area is an open plan, well thought out space with fully equipped fitted kitchen (with dishwasher and large family sized fridge freezer). A spacious area that opens out onto a beautiful mature garden with meandering footpaths leading to hidden corners. Two further picture windows in the living room bring the garden indoors with their lovely views.

Children will love to play hide and seek in this enchanted garden. Adults can choose where to relax  from the sunny terrace with its stone table and benches, hidden seating areas, or the shady, covered alfresco dining area which offers protection from the sunshine or the odd rain shower. All areas enjoy the wonderful green view across the valley. A quiet and private location to enjoy the peaceful setting. There is space for two cars to be parked off road.
For our younger guests we can provide a cot in either of the bedrooms, high chair, stair gate, changing mat, toys, books, DVDs. There is a microwave to make baby food preparation easy, plastic plates and cups along with child-sized cutlery. A baby bath can be easily positioned in the larger downstairs shower room.

The owners offer a catering service to take away some of the 'self' from self-catering.  This may be arranged in advance of your stay or once you are at the house.  We can also offer bespoke childrens' menus along with child sized portions from the choices available.  Please enquire for more details.
 
There is daily bread available that can be delivered to you for your daily requirement of French baguettes and pastries.
