THE REAL CYPRUS! This amazing cottage was once the village police station that served the local towns and villages. It is steeped in history. It has been fully converted and renovated to an extraordinary standard into the most amazing property, yet still retains all its charm and beauty. The village is so peaceful, the only sounds you will hear are the sounds of nature.
Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom private mountain house, very comfortably furnished to a very high standard, log fire, central heating for winter. All windows having traditional wooden shutters, with original wooden beams though out the cottage. Outside there is a private relaxation area with sun loungers, stone built BBQ facilities and traditional wood burning clay oven perfect for outdoor dining. Double fronted original stone and render facade with balconies to each bedroom - the whole property in the main picture above. Private gated stone flagged courtyard to the front.
The main bathroom is equipped with a powerful water pump. The water is heated via on roof solar panels.
Kellaki is a village of spectacular beauty with stunning views of mountains, excellent nature walks, the perfect place to relax and unwind. There are 2 tavernas/ bars and 1 shop in the village. Kellaki is situated only 4 kms from British-run Vikla Golf Course and Country Club, where 1 days' golf will cost approx 30€ inclusive of clubs. Guests may also utilize the swimming pool at Vikla Golf Club. The house and village is just a 20 minutes drive to the beach and the marina and 15 minutes drive to the centre of Limassol where you can find all kinds of restaurants and all the entertainment you could possibly desire.
Santa Marina Retreat is located a few mins away by car in Parekklisia, where activities such as horse riding, archery, golf driving range and mountain biking are available.
Pets are welcome but there is no wheelchair access
PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICITY IS CHARGED AT A RATE OF 20 EURO CENT PER KW UNIT. METER IS READ ON GUEST ARRIVAL AND THEN AGAIN ON DAY OF GUEST DEPARTURE.
