Each of the four themed suites on the second floor has been gracefully styled and includes hand-made touches such as canopies over two of the king-size beds and an exquisite Chinoiserie panel in the oriental-themed bedroom.
The wrought iron balcony of the master suite is a romantic spot for a glass of local wine, while the Italian marble walk-through shower in the en suite bathroom is sure to impress.
A fifth bedroom downstairs has the most magnificent ceiling, silk curtains, and eye-catching antique furniture.


Soak up the romantic atmosphere in the sophisticated lounge, sip an aperitif at the stylish bar, and dine together in the inviting dining room.
There's also a snug with a Smart TV, a relaxing orangerie with a pool table, an honesty bar, and a library with a wealth of local knowledge.
A chalk board will show you what events or festivities are going on during your stay, and the welcoming owners are just across the street if you need anything else.

Outside, the sprawling grounds are a wildlife haven, complete with ancient trees, spring bluebells, and a lovely front terrace for alfresco dining and lounging by the plunge pool. Use the château's bikes to cycle along a small river to the nearby town, or drive there in under ten minutes.
On a Saturday morning, this 14th century bastide town has one of France's best markets!

The owners can arrange wine tours and help you make the most of this historic and beautiful region in a region known for its excellent vineyards. Look out for weekend vide-greniers, rent a boat, walk or cycle along the Canal du Midi, or swim, canoe, or pedalo in the beautiful lake at Bassin de Saint-Ferréol, which is only 7 kilometers away.

Walking in the Black Mountains, seeing the colorful riverside houses of Castres, the grand city of Carcassonne, as well as enchanting villages and historic market towns, are all options. This is also a perfect destination for a relaxing stay in this alluring part of southern France, as it is only an hour away from the rose-colored city of Toulouse.
