FRONT DESK: The office in the SaddleRidge Lodge Clubhouse is open Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm. If you need any assistance, please call our office at (970)754-5450. Should you need any assistance after hours, please call the Reception Center at (970)754-5997.


PARKING: We will provide you with a garage door opener to use during your stay. The garages are not connected to the units, as there is one flight of outdoor stairs from your garage to your unit. Each unit has access to one garage parking spot. Any additional cars will need to be parked in the parking lot on site.


FACILITIES: Our pool is located in the SaddleRidge Lodge Clubhouse and is open during office hours. If you would like to use the pool over the weekend/after office hours, please contact us so there will be a staff member on property. The gym is accessible 24/7. Our hot tub is separate from the pool, it is located past the bridge on the right hand side of the pathway. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm 8 am.


RESTAURANT: The SaddleRidge Lodge Restaurant is closed to the public for the 2021-2022 season, it will be available for private events only. If you would like to schedule a private event, please email groups@vailresorts.com.


AFTER-HOURS/WEEKEND ARRIVALS:


If your travel schedule will have you arriving to the property after 5:00 pm or over the weekend, please be aware that our onsite front desk will be closed and you will need to check-in at the Beaver Creek Reception Center located at 40 Village Road, Avon, CO 81620.  The Reception Center can be contacted at (970) 754.5997 and is open 24 hours a day
