Overlooking vineyards in a little village near Lussac, this pretty semi-detached white house, set to the rear of a wine château, has a private swimming pool in an enclosed garden. Simple but practical, it offers a cosy interior, full of charm, furnished with antiques, with a modern kitchen and living room opening on to a terrace. There are lovely walks all around, many good value restaurants, and the famous village of St. Emilion is only five minutes’ drive, as are Pomerol and Lussac. The area offers plenty of opportunity for wine tasting, and the excellent market at Libourne sells duck pâté, honey and shellfish. The city of Bordeaux, Arcachon and the Atlantic Beaches all make wonderful days out, and the motorway to the Dordogne is only five minutes away. The house is leaned back to the house and a storage’s of the owners who are winemakers. There is no nuisance and your privacy is totally assured. If you are interested, they will gladly show you their vineyards and explain you their work as winemakers.
