This holiday home is a lovely mansion nestled in a quiet hilly ground of 17 hectares, with a large shared pool (heated on request). You will enjoy a terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, and a barbecue for convivial grilled evenings. A free and accessible Home-Ball game (from April to October) will ensure you good times and you can also rent electric bicycles (on request against deposit). During summer evenings, you will appreciate the shading of the surrounding hills. Laurac is a small character village typical of Aude's scenic sites, rising on a hill, on the edge of the vast plain of Castelnaudary, capital of Cassoulet, where you can go for a walk along the Canal du Midi. The visit of the Medieval City of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a must. The Mediterranean and its sandy beaches are only 90 minutes away by car. The discreet owners live at the back of the property and have no vis-à-vis on the house or on the pool.
