It is 3 km south of the bustling beach resort of De Koog with great shopping and night-life is only a few kilometres away. The authentic village of Den Burg is nearby. The immediate vicinity offers a varied landscape. Alternating heaths, dunes, beach and forest. Bungalow park 't Hoogelandt is only a stone's throw from Residentie Californie. Both border the Dunes of Texel national park. Bungalow park 't Hoogelandt is the ideal residence on Texel for holidaymakers looking for space and nature.

There are two variants bookable on 'T Hoogelandt. A comfortable 4 person bungalow, semi-detached, (NL-1796-06) with steam shower. There is also a new 2011 detached 6 person thatched type (NL-1796-18) with two bathrooms, large garden and washing machine and dryer. All houses have a garden with terrace and garden furniture.

Specifics
• You can make free use of the new swimming pool at the Crimea drug park.
• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
