Description
A super villa, with stunning new bathrooms and air conditioning in all of the bedrooms. South facing with lovely sea views and the beach is two minutes walk. The style is modern, sunny and fresh.
All bedrooms are on the first floor with all of the ground floor being the living and dining area. There is an open fire, very comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and indoor dining table for up to 8. Kitchen is semi open plan and is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Clothes washer+dryer are housed in a small utility room upstairs.
The kitchen, living and dining areas all open on to a large, very sunny terrace - with teak dining table and chairs to seat up to ten people. There are electric shutters and an awning if the heat gets too much! Pool is 6m x 4.5m and is surrounded by a teak decking with plenty of room for sunbathing.
