Separate casita (private entrance) is "turn-key"; perfect for either a long or short stay. Fully kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, dishes & cutlery. Also included are "basic necessities" including olive oil, salt & pepper, agave, coffee beans & wine (free bottle with every booking). Stepless entry from private driveway to front door makes access easy for those who may be physically challenged.
Bathroom amenities include body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, lip balm, lotion, mouthwash, Q-tips and much more. I practice "natural living" - all products provided for your use reflect this - hypo-allergenic, natural scents (for the chemically sensitive), 100% cotton towels, etc.
Large table provides ample room for dining or use as an office area. Sofa sleeper increases occupancy to four persons; two upholstered chairs insure ample seating for guests.
A washer & dryer is available for guest use in the attached garage; fragrance-free soap is provided at no charge.
Host is a "clean freak" - you will enjoy the spotless cleanliness of this dwelling.
