The Space:
Terrific little cottage. Tons of light. Quality, eclectic furnishings (including custom made reclaimed cedar living room furniture and kitchen cabinets).
Tons of outdoor space. Side and back yards now fully fenced.
Two large sunny bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Queen size sleeper sofa in living area.
Very walkable, friendly area. 1 block to grocery, coffee, great restaurants. Countless additional restaurants and nightlife options in the Clarksville neighborhood. Five minutes to downtown.
High speed Level 2 electric vehicle charger in private drive (not shared with anyone else). J1772 universal compatibility - if you have a Tesla just bring your adapter).
Very much an 'old Austin' vibe.

The Neighborhood:
Very friendly neighborhood. Walk to terrific restaurants and grocery and coffee. Like all of Austin this is a boomtown area, and you may hear construction noise, see occasional road blockages for events, festivals, etc.
Getting Around:
Uber is very easy to get here. In usually under five minutes. Hike and bike trail entrance is four blocks. Downtown is five minutes. Pease Park and countless other attractions nearby.
Other Things to Note:
Locally-owned (not a giant corporation). The fence is not dog proof. We do not recommend leaving dogs unattended in this area.
