You will have exquisite views over the lake which is situated just 20 meters to the rear of the property. If you are looking for a peaceful location with a superb view, then this is the country cottage for you. Le Mans is famous for its race course and well known for its well preserved old town. To the south you will find the Vallée of the Loire with its legendary castles and famous vinyards. Just to the North you will find the regional national park 'Le Perche', where the authentic countryside has been preserved, with beautiful chateaux, abbeys and splendid gardens. There are plenty of places to walk, bike or to do some horse riding. The touristic town of Mont St Michel is within a 2 hours drive.
