Villa Aphrodite has an elevated position with amazing sea views, private pool with stone walls surrounding, air conditioned throughout, washing machine, dishwasher, enclosed garden, car port, Gas BBQ, TV with premium channels, DVD, Wi-Fi and other modern equipment. All in a convenient location close to shops, restaurants and bars in Tala and a short drive to Paphos Town and the beach at Coral Bay.

Villa Aphrodite has Stone arched entrance with Keysafe for entry through large wooden front door

The villa has shutters on every window along with fly-screens. Fully Central heating** & air con units throughout.

Open plan kitchen, dining & living area.

Lounge has leather sofa set in a 3 & 2 seater & single seater set. Large wooden square coffee table & smaller matching occasional table with AEG DVD player Samsung Flat-Screen Manhattan TV system, router on glass unit. Patio door out to veranda next to the poolside & grassed area for sun loungers.

Dining area has table & 6 chairs with patio doors leading to back garden & car port area. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Bosch hob, extractor, oven, dishwasher & washing machine. Daewoo fridge freezer, Samsung microwave. Kettle, toaster, electric frappe maker, electric Cyprus coffee maker.

A Guests WC completes the ground floor.

Up 18 steps via the marble staircase the first floor.

Master bedroom has King Sized bed, 2 matching bedside cabinets with lamps, matching chest of drawers & mirror. En-suite, has large walk-in shower cubicle with a large marble top sink & cabinet.
2 double wardrobes.

Patio doors led out to a large balcony which has a parasol, sun-lounger, 2 glass topped bistro tables & 4 chairs. 1 x hairdryer.

Main bathroom – shower over bath, toilet & large marble top sink area. Electric scales.

Villa Aphrodite in Tala is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans to bedrooms. Fly screens have been fitted throughout to allow for natural circulation.

Shutters throughout assist with circulation and creating darkness for when you want a long lie in the morning. The villa has wireless internet (wi-fi), and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof. Towels are supplied for inside as well as by the pool.

**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of 900 movies, series and children's series which is regularly updated.**

A travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request

DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR

The outside areas of Villa Aphrodite offer a choice of seating and relaxation areas.The centrepiece of the holiday villa's exterior is a very inviting 8m x 4m private pool.

The garden is well established with an assortment of trees, bushes & flowers, set in a gravel design. There is a area of lawn with 4 sun loungers at the end of the private pool, which has a set of steps for access. There are 4 pillar lights around the poolside. To the front of the villa the garden area has been split into 2 levels with the same style of garden as the rest of the property. There is also an outside shower for convenience

From Villa Aphrodite, Tala it's just a ten-fifteen minute* stroll into Tala village where you'll find a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Picturesque Tala Square is just 1.5km away and is popular for lunches, relaxing with a drink and evening meals on the verandas of the good quality restaurants, many with stunning views over Paphos and to the Sea. Sometimes referred to the 'Beverley Hills' of Cyprus, Tala is a popular and growing village north of Paphos, set on a west facing hillside looking out over the blue Mediterranean Sea. Immediately north of the village is the famous Agios Neofytos monastery dating from 1159 (well worth a visit). In the fields around Tala you'll find vineyards, orange, lemon, olive and almond trees and banana plantations.

You can drive to Villa Aphrodite from Paphos Airport in about thirty minutes (An easy drive of 2 hours from Larnaca). From the villa it's a short drive into Paphos for some of the best shopping you'll find anywhere in Cyprus.It's also an easy drive to the centre of Peyia, a vibrant community stretching from the bright lights of Coral Bay to the traditional centre of the old village.

There is a good choice of beaches within an easy drive. Try Coral Bay - a great beach with every amenity and water sports you could imagine including diving. Alternatively drive up the coast road into the Akamas Region to enjoy the deserted beaches of Lara and beyond. You can easily follow the B7 to Polis and Latchi to find more watersports, lovely beaches and marina restaurants where you can sample the freshest catches of the day.From Tala the attractions in Paphos and renowned Paphos Aphrodite Water Park are easily accessible, as are numerous archaeological ruins in Paphos such as the Tombs of the Kings. There's a golf course at Tsada (now known as Minthis Hills) approximately 20 minute's drive away. The new Elea Estate Golf Club designed by Sir Nick Faldo is also only 20 minutes away with Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills golf courses reachable in 30 minutes or less also.
