This villa is all on one level and features wood flooring in the entrance and kitchen, and tile floors in all other rooms. Open concept living area with vaulted ceiling and lots of natural light. Comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa in the living area. The living area opens to the screened porch overlooking a small pond with fountain. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped and updated with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The large master suite opens to the screened porch and has a King bed and TV. The master bath has a roll in shower and vanity with two sinks. The guest bedroom has two single beds and a door into the 2nd bath. The 2nd bath is also accessible from the hallway and it has a tub/shower combination. This villa has Cable TVs, DVD, Internet, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer, Dryer, Central AC/Heat, Ceiling fans, Screened Porch, Assigned Parking.
