Description

Villa Aurélie
A Provencal paradise with sea views and pool on the Côte d’Azur
The Villa Aurélie is nestled in the beautiful, quiet bay of Agay at the foot of the red Esterel mountains, which exerts a very special magic on vacationers on the Côte d’Azur. The Provençal villa is a trouvaille in the Mediterranean climate of France and offers its residents a pleasant hideaway with a pool and a variety of rest and relaxation options indoors and outdoors.
In the interior, 3 charming, country-style bedrooms with comfortable French beds (160x200cm) invite you to relax. Two of the bedrooms have sea views with exit to the pool level, from where you can jump straight into the cool water. The third bedroom has its exit to the garden with a view of the valley.
On the upper floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster and kettle. The kitchen has its exit to a covered terrace with a gas grill and a wonderful view of the bitter beauty of the red Esterel mountains. The mountains are known for their impressive rock formations made of red “porphyry”.
The sun-drenched villa offers a large dining area with sliding glass doors to the covered balcony with a beautiful sea view, which invites you to linger. An open living room and a direct exit to the upper terrace with a large dining table and deck chair pavilion make you want to relax in the Mediterranean vegetation with orange and lemon trees, where you can listen to the summer concert of the leafhopper with a glass of rose wine and with a view of the sea to St , Tropez can forget the time. You feel comfortable and secure in this magical place.
Villa Aurélie spoils its residents with three bathrooms, one with a bath and the other two with a shower.
200 square meters of living space and 1,360 square meters of French Riviera are waiting for you on the southern Mediterranean coast. You can leave the car and walk to the idyllic sandy beach of Agay in 7 minutes and 600 meters. Small shops and street cafes invite you to stroll and linger if you are not enjoying the fine sand and the wonderfully clear azure blue sea on the beach.
Agay is characterized by some very well-kept French restaurants. The palate is spoiled here with fine Mediterranean specialties, with an aroma that tastes of sun and holidays. Bon Appetit!
If you would like to do sports, there are various golf courses nearby, one directly in Agay with a sea view. You can practice various water sports here. Snorkelers and divers also get their money's worth here. There are many ways to explore the area by bike, on foot or by motor.
A visit to the former perfume mecca “Grasse” and to the surrounding art and culture cities such as Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Mougins, Biot and Antibes is worthwhile.
Artists like Pablo Picasso (Antibes) headed to the south of France and found a great love in the special light of the Côte D’Azur. Artists such as Claude Monet, Auguste Renoir, Marc Chagall (Nice), Alberto Giacometti, Juan Miró (St. Paul-de-Vence) and Henri Matisse.
Culture-loving people are also drawn to the “azure coast”; the Cannes International Film Festival is a legend.
If you would like to take part in the opulent life of Saint-Tropez, Saint-Raphaël, Cannes or Nice, you will find this in the immediate vicinity.
Inquire about the French markets, which are a treat.
Bon récréation et bonnes vacances!
