Our cleaners are wearing gloves, masks, using EPA approved cleaning products for all type of surfaces, ventilating rooms and spaces. Roelens Vacations has encouraged the cleaning crews to apply the rules of social distancing, washing hands regularly for 20 seconds at least and are checking off a checklist with each cleaning.

This 4 Bedroom, 3-bath home is a flawless sanctuary to hang out and get away. The split floor plan screams vacation comforts with its cozy style and decor with warm tones throughout. The scene as you enter through the double glass front doors will steal your breath away.



The Master bedroom is decorated with natural wood furniture and pops of blue. The large King size canopy bed is dreamy and together with its spacious atmosphere and en-suite, is a perfect space to escape. This room is light and dynamic with sliding glass doors leading directly to the lanai. Leaving each guest with a spectacular view of the stunning outdoor living space and dock. The en-suite is its own oasis, with a stand-alone walk through shower, his and her vanities and walk in closet. This beautiful bathroom also offers a large soaking tub, complete with a Smart TV. Relax in a bubble bath while catching your favorite shows. The first guest room is roomy with a large queen size bed, decorated with blues and warm wooden furniture to make you feel right at home. The second guest room is just as perfect and as comfy as the rest of the villa. With another queen size bed and set of sliding glass doors that lead directly to the outside retreat. Decorated with pops of green and light wooden furniture, this room is bright and relaxing. The fourth bedroom is furnished with warm tones and bright blues, leaving the room soothing and comfortable. Sporting two matching twin size beds, perfect for all, you will peacefully rest throughout your stay. Each bedroom in this villa has its own TV, allowing you the escape needed to catch up on your favorite shows in the privacy of your own space.



Looking for more family time? Relax and enjoy streaming a movie on the TV in the large open living room. Or use any of your devices with the free WiFi throughout the home. Whether you are trying to disconnect and be more family oriented, or just looking to relax and enjoy your quiet time, you could not imagine staying anywhere else for your well-deserved vacation.



Do you enjoy making your own savory dishes? This Villa has a beautiful and brand-new kitchen that is fully stocked with all the appliances you might need to create your own culinary masterpieces. It is one of the first things you notice when entering the villa. With beautiful granite counter tops, vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, as well as, plenty of storage you can experiment with flavors and tantalize your own taste buds to your hearts content. The open floor plan and large wrap around bar top allows you the ability to entertain family and friends while you whip up your favorite dishes.



The living room and kitchen have direct access to the lanai with its lovely large sliding glass doors, that let in tons of natural light. Enjoy grilling poolside on the built-in outdoor kitchenette, while having dinner alfresco on the lanai. Relish a hot morning coffee, while the rising sun breathes new life into our fabulous sunshine state. Sunbathe by the pool or down by the canal and enjoy soaking up some of that popular Florida sunshine or take a dip in the heated pool. Enjoy a glass of wine, while watching the sun set – painting our beautiful Florida sky's the perfect shades of pink and orange. Jump into the hot tub in the evening to unwind after spending the day exploring our beautiful Southwest Florida area.



If you have not completely fallen for this villa yet, there is more. Love to fish? This villa has a beautiful dock right outside with a working boatlift. Cast a line into the canal located right in your backyard. Jump on the two bikes at your disposal and take a ride around the area and explore the sites. Or hang out relaxing at home and enjoy a fun game of pool. This Villa is located in a prime Southwest cape coral neighborhood. Close to a ton of recreational and entertainment venues that your group might seek to enjoy and indulge in during your stay in the Sunshine State. Gross overages beyond $15 per day can be subject to additional utility fees to be charged to the guest. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.
