Our cleaners are wearing gloves, masks, using EPA approved cleaning products for all type of surfaces, ventilating rooms and spaces. Roelens Vacations has encouraged the cleaning crews to apply the rules of social distancing, washing hands regularly for 20 seconds at least and are checking off a checklist with each cleaning.

The Master bedroom with its King size bed, TV and on-suite is spacious and dynamic with sliding glass doors leading directly to the lanai and pool. The first guest room is spacious with a Queen size bed and desk. The second guest room has a bright and cheery feel sporting two twin size beds and a flat-screen TV.

Head out to the living room and kick back to stream a movie. Use any of your own devices with the free WiFi throughout the home. This villa has both a living and family room. Plenty of space for you and your family to spend time together unplugged, or relax on your own.

Do you like making yummy treats for you and your family? This villa has a beautiful kitchen with recessed lighting, that is open directly to the family room. Enjoy entertaining your family and guests, all while mixing up your favorite delicacies. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances you might need to produce your own culinary creations.

Indulge yourself by having beautiful dinners and breakfasts under the covered lanai. Grill up your catch of the day on the charcoal grill, available for your use. Relax in our lounge chairs reading a book, while soaking up the Florida sun. Or jump in and enjoy the lovely heated saltwater pool. Looking to love the large outdoor living space even more? This pool is equipped with LED color changing lights. Perfect for a romantic night swim. Best of all, this villa's pool is heated with both Solar power and electricity.

This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at .185 kW for actual daily usage plus 11.5% tax and will be charged to a credit card on file. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.
