The holiday home is in the countryside of Elend region of Harz in Germany. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and has 3 spacious bedrooms. It is suitable for a small family or group of friends that want to holiday together. The places to visit in the region are Oberharz, the Brocken or the UNESCO-cities Quedlinburg and Goslar. There are the ski areas of Braunlage, Wurmberg and Hohegeiß. The holiday home has a private sauna and a terrace with barbecue. During summers you can rent bicycles and during winters you can rent sleighs. Forest and general supplies are 500 M away, tourist information is 600 M away, the train station is 800 M away. The nearest airport is 90 KM; the town center and restaurants are 1 KM away.

• Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

• It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
