Gulf Coast Area [Santa Rosa County] on the East Bay in Gulf Breeze rural area with bay view. Cottage is on Hyw 399 that runs along side the East Bay (Pensacola Bay), offering wonderful views of the water and if your lucky, you might spot a dolphin or 3!

Our road offers miles of new sidewalk to the East or the West. Great for bikers and runners or DOG walkers.

The interior of the Cottage is a simple 1,000 sq ft with 2 large bedrooms with Queen beds. Keeping the design simple, allows the guest to make the most of offered space.

The large drive area provides easy access, no stairs or steps and ample room for parking close to the front door. Plenty of room for boat trailer parking. Sorry, no RV hook up.

The large covered front porch has ample seating, dining table and a ceiling fan that provides a breeze. Hammock under the oak trees and a line to hang your wet beach gear. Also offers side wood deck for just chilling under the oak trees.

Large kitchen with spacious counter space and tons of kitchen ware!
Initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, other cleaning supplies and toilet paper.

Fresh linens provided but don't forget to bring your beach towels!

WIFI with chromecast.
Local TV, DVD player or use of firestick.

The Cottage is only a short drive to Navarre Beach [voted best in Florida] or Pensacola Beach for a day of fun in the sun.
