Ocean Vista was built in 2009. 3 large bedrooms and 3 baths offer very comfortable accommodations for 6 people. The first level has an open plan living room, large dining room and gourmet kitchen, all with sliding glass doors leading to the large, private pool deck. In addition, there is a full bathroom on this level. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven / stove and all cookware as well as small appliances are provided. Cable tv is in the living room. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are provided in every room. The pool deck has seating for 6 at a large table with umbrella and 6 lounge chairs for your comfort. The pool has steps for easy access and is big enough for laps. A gas grill is also provided. The views from the deck are fantastic. A nice breeze is usually present. The deck offer full sun for most of the day and faces the sunset for a nice finish to the day at the pool.
On the second level, the Master Bedroom has cable tv and an on suite bath with double sinks and large walk in shower. There is also a large terrace on the second level with another great ocean view. The other 2 bedrooms share a second large bathroom with double sinks and a very large walk in shower, and as mentioned before, there is a full bath on the first level so all 3 bedrooms actually have a dedicated bathroom. All bedrooms have King beds with quality bedding. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are also in all of the bedrooms.
The home has a new and modern feel to it and is very comfortable for a large family or 3 couples. Guests have raved about the location, the quality of the home, as well as the views and tranquility if offers. You will have your own gated and private driveway.
In addition, there is a caretaker apt. on the property which has a separate driveway and entrance so in case there is anything you might need during your stay, it can be addressed right away.
