This is a wonderful, cozy villa on the golf course in Inverness, Florida.
The golf community is called Inverness Golf & Country Club and features an 18 holes golf course, a restaurant, clubhouse and a Pro-Shop.
This house has a great view of the golf course. It features two bedrooms and a Florida room. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and adjacent bathroom with one sink, toilet and shower. The other bedroom has a queen bed and uses the hall bathroom with one sink, toilet and shower.
The Florida room has been outfitted with 2 pull-out (full) beds and sleeps two more guests. There is a shower and sink in the garage for showering off after a round of golf!
The living room is open to the kitchen and has a cozy TV area. The dining area has a table and chairs and seats 6. Kitchen has a eating corner, benches and table. All appliances are provided and the house is fully equipped for your stay. Linens and sheets available.
Inverness is approx. 5 minutes away for your groceries and other amenities such as restaurants, shopping, events. Fort Cooper Park is just a couple of minutes away for a beautiful walk!
The 46 mile bike trail "Rails to Trails" is within 5 minutes for those who love to cycle. The golf course restaurant is open for lunch and diner. Come and stay with us!
