Tucked away in a lush exotically landscaped canal lot with Gulf Access, you and your family will be able to explore and enjoy beautiful Florida nature through kayaking and canoeing the many wondrous local canals, all of which lead to the beautiful Imperial River and then to the Gulf of Mexico! Kayaks are available at local water sports. Located just a few miles away from Barefoot Beach and Lover’s Key, you’ll only be a mere 20-minute drive to Fort Myers airport (RSW). Our triplex is in the middle of all the action that SW Florida has to offer.
As a Tri-Plex, the property itself is made of up 3 units. I occupy the downstairs unit to provide on-site assistance only when needed. The two other complete units that are available for rent are located upstairs. Each unit has their own separate private entrances and each also has a private balcony for your pleasure.
This unit for offer is a 2 bedroom/1-bathroom with a sleeper sofa, home can accommodate 6 comfortably. The master is a king bed. While the other room is 2 twin beds. This home features a luxury bathroom as well as a beautiful Floridan style kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. There is plenty of closet space as well for all your clothes so you’re not having to live out of a suitcase! Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There is full cable available on the televisions in the master bedroom and the living room.
The Location: With barefoot beach 2 miles from your door, and fabulous shopping and restaurants at every block. Also, check out Coconut Jacks, Fish House, Doc’s Beach, C level Bistro, prime steak house are some of our favorites very close by.
