This holiday home is a cottage located in Skalhamn, north of Lysekil. Lysekil is a beautiful seaside resort on the west coast, offering fun and activities of all sorts. On the bottom floor of the cottage you will find a charming kitchen which opens onto a terrace. The kitchen features the basic amenities. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV with satellite channels, and a DVD-player. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. A narrow staircase takes you up to the mezzanine, where you will find a comfortable double bed. Behind this area, you will find a separate bedroom with sloping ceilings and two single beds. The cottage is surrounded by a delightful garden and has a comfortable terrace with a garden grill. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. You will be within walking distance of a lovely little beach where the children can try their hand at fishing for crabs. Another great bathing spot is Kolleröd, where there's a kiosk and public bathrooms. Lysekil is a beautiful and very popular summer town ,offering an array of restaurants and activities such as concerts, seal safaris, and the aquarium Havets Hus. Lysekil is known for being one of northern Europe's best places for canoeing, diving, and fishing. It is the perfect base for those who wish to enjoy the beauty of the archipelago. Take a boat trip and admire the islands, or rent a kayak! There's also a beautiful promenade by the beach, from which you can enjoy the view. If you are interested in history, don't miss the ancient rock carvings on the cliffs of Brodalen! For those who love swimming there's an excellent, child-friendly beach by Govik. You can alsovisit the child-friendly beach Pinneviksbadet with shallow water, public bathrooms, and a kiosk. You can also swim by the dock Trampen in the harbour.
