Description
Provencal villa 200m ² located in a dead calm and quiet at 1,5 km from the beaches and 300m walk from shops. It is intended for family renting. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information by clicking on "contact the owner".
The Villa with a large living dining room 50m2 opens onto a garden of 600m² very green furnished with a large wooden terrace around the pool (8m x 4m) and outdoor shower.
It has a parental suite 40m ² and 6 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets and a Jacuzzi. This house offers all the equipment and modern comfort to welcome 14 people.
The shady path of Annamitte a few meters from the house runs along the vineyards to the sea and the Village without crossing any car, ideal for hikers.
There is a supplement to heat the pool if required.
The Swimming Pool is closed from November 1st to March 31.
