The apartment located on the ground floor of a villa is comfortably furnished and offers a flair for the past. The large apartment consists of three directly adjacent residential units and is accessible via a separate entrance. Therefore, this apartment is ideal for a group or multiple families. You can spend your holiday together while also enjoying your own, private living area. In good weather you can spend countless pleasant hours in the villa park with its gazebo. There are many well marked cycling and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The Erzgebirgsbahn station is around three hundred metres away. Whether in the summer or winter - the town and the region offer numerous options that leave nothing to be desired. Excursions include: Marienberg, Annaberg-Buchholz, Oberwiesental, city tours to Chemnitz (approx. 25 km) or Dresden (approx. 70 km), Karlsbad and Prague.

• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
