Description

The peace of the open countryside is alive at this 98-acre estate in the Dordogne. Anglers will be in heaven at any of the three private fishing lakes. Whether you choose to wander the grounds or relax in the hammock by the private pool, you'll experience something priceless: uninterrupted quality time with your loved ones.

There's plenty of room for a group of 10 (plus any small kids that are in tow!) in this 250 square metre villa. Each of the five bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, no sharing necessary. A lovely welcome present will be waiting for you in the country style kitchen - including 3 bottles of wine from the nearby Chateau de Gurson (which, coincidentally, is worth a visit!).
A Welcome Barbecue is offered for 2 or more week reservations, so you can start your holiday without having to prepare a meal.

This family villa is convenient to all manner of outdoor activities; 2 km down the road is Lac de Gurson, where kids can play in the adventure playground, swim in the supervised swimming lake, and the whole family can find a bite to eat in the cafes which are right by the water's edge.. If you're an oenophile, head south to the River Dordogne and follow it to Bordeaux (70 km) or to Bergerac (30 km), tasting at the vineyards along the way.

Five large bedrooms offer accommodation for 5 to 10 people (plus baby and toddler in parents' rooms). Each of the rooms is en-suite, with the 5th having a separate luxury bathroom. On the first floor, three of the rooms have a king-sized bed, the other has two single beds. The ground floor bedroom has a king-size bed and overlooks the garden.
