The property has a courtyard with a large barbecue in a fireplace and a lovely enclosed patio, and you can see the estuary from the top floor main bedroom. With an attractive blue and white decor, this ecological gîte is a good value holiday, 2 minutes' walk from the harbour. A bike riding, walking and horse riding paradise, it is only a 20-minute drive from the sandy beaches of Royan. Visit the zoo of La Palmyre north of Royan as well as the pretty town of Talmont with a Roman church and views over the estuary. Travel cot available on resquest.
