Sunny one bedroom cottage/studio based in Richmond foot hills. Own entrance, private and separate from owners house and only a walk or quick drive from Richmond town centre.

An ideal place for a relaxing stay, whether you are just visiting Richmond or exploring in the wider Nelson/Tasman area. There are so many things to do in this beautiful part of the country. Enjoy the numerous vineyards, cycle trails, walking tracks, cafe's, beaches, golf courses, markets and fishing. Take a 40 min drive through stunning scenery to Kaiteriteri and the gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park or an additional 20 min drive to start of the Abel Tasman coast track which has over 60kms of walking and tramping tracks.
Alternatively head inland for a scenic drive to the Nelson lakes and Rainbow ski field.

Located a short 15 minute drive from Nelson and 12 minute drive from the airport.

Off street parking is available.

While the cottage doesn't offer cooking facilities, there are many cafes, wineries, restaurants and takeaways where you can get great food.
The cottage also has a small fridge, sink,plates/bowls/glasses/cutlery etc available for you to use.
