This small holiday house is on the peaceful heights of Nice and only a few kilometers from downtown. Set at the end of the owner’s garden, it is completely independent, with no vis-à-vis and offers a private swimming pool. A small gate defines the ground. You will enjoy a large kitchen (with a single bed), a bedroom with a double bed (separated by a thick curtain) and a bathroom. From the terrace, you can see the sea, the bay of Nice and the Lerins Islands. In another corner of the charming Mediterranean mature garden, there is a pond and a BBQ (shared with the owner, who sometimes uses it). NB: a set of steps lead you from the street to the garden. The house does not have view of the pool.
