Rosseau Carousel cottage is centrally-located in the middle of Brackenrig Bay on Lake Rosseau. Just a 5 minute drive from Port Carling, a quaint village with unique shopping and dining experiences. Sheltered Brackenrig Bay is also a perfect setting for boating and a range of watersports, including waterskiing, wakeboarding, tubing, etc.

PROPERTY
ROSSEAU CAROUSEL, a private 2.1 acre lakefront cottage features over 200' of prime Lake Rosseau frontage! Enjoy all-day sun and breathtaking sunsets while kayaking in the bay or lounging on the boathouse deck! This property comes equipped with a 1 bedroom bunkie and a 2-slip boathouse (only 1 slip will be available for renters). The boathouse deck offers unbeatable views of Lake Rosseau, and is complete with 4 lounge chairs and outdoor dining for 6 (with umbrella). Guests are welcome to make use of the fire pit, as well as the Lily Pad, 2 kayaks, and the canoe.

INTERIOR
Beautifully-appointed interior featuring bright rooms with white walls, large windows and high, wooden-beamed ceilings. One of the many highlights of this cottage, the Great Room features plenty of comfortable seating, a large stone fireplace and a wall of windows that overlook the lake. So bright and welcoming - ideal for lounging and admiring the beautiful Muskoka sunsets! Directly off the Great Room is a separate dining area, featuring wood-panelled walls and plenty of windows, giving the room an airy, outdoorsy feel. Perfect for dinner parties and entertaining guests, the dining room is complete with a large table with seating for 10, along with doors leading to the outside deck with another dining table and umbrella, seating 8-10. The spacious kitchen is no less tastefully designed then the rest of the cottage, equipped with elegant granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms located in the main cottage - 2 bedrooms with twin beds, 1 Queen bedroom, and 1 King primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features a King-size bed, a fireplace, a TV, and a wall of windows offering picturesque views of Lake Rosseau. There is also a 5-piece ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a large shower & a standalone tub.
On the lower level of the cottage, guests will find an additional TV/entertainment room, which offers plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, a mini-fridge and a fireplace.
There is a nicely-furnished bunkie between the cottage and the boathouse with beautiful views of the lake. It has 2 bedrooms each with a bunk bed. It is also equipped with a couch and mini-fridge.
