Description
Encanterra is a gated community with 2 clubhouses, Tom Lechman championship golf course with fully equipped pro shop, Alvea Spa, workout areas, business center, cafe, restaurant, lounge , 4 tennis courts, 8 pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts and 4 pools. The community is very active with clubs for various interests in sports, arts, music, culinary and walking, to name a few.
Construction on our villa is completed in November 2017. All the furniture, linens, appliances, electronics and decorations are bought new. The great room is equipped with leather sofas and a 60" 4K Ultra HD smart TV and blue ray DVD player. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils and a Keurig coffee maker. The master bedroom is equipped with a 43" smart TV and a king sized bed with memory foam mattress and gel top layer. The second bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress. We also have a set of full size stacked washer and dryer.
Our villa will be rented out with a minimum 30-night stay per HOA rules. There is a one time $225 fee to be paid to Encanterra for transfer of social membership into the renter's name so they can use all the amenities. We will also require a refundable damage deposit of $1000 and a non refundable cleaning fee of $250.
