Not only is it pet friendly, but it is one of the few rental properties in the area to have access to a fenced yard for your pup! At night, marvel at the incredible number of stars and even the Milky Way, and make s'mores over the firepit! With open concept living and a cozy fireplace you will feel right at home.

Guest Bedroom #1: Located on the main floor and attached to the screened porch. Features a Queen bed. Sleeps 2.
Guest Bedroom #2: Located on the main floor and features a Queen size bed. Sleeps 2.
Bathroom: Features a bath/shower combo.
Kitchen: Cozy and fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Offers Keurig coffee maker, granite countertops and a cute center island with seating for 2.
Living/Dining Area: Open and bright! Dining table seats 4 and comfortable country furniture surround the stone fireplace.
Outdoor Space: Deck off of the screened porch and large fenced yard with firepit.
Please note: THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE AC. Our climate is mild and AC is generally not needed. Fans are provided.​​​​​​​

House Rules:

-Check-in: Anytime after 4PM unless otherwise authorized
-Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations
-Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $150 fee. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone inside the unit unattended. No other pets allowed.
