NOTE: The SunBird Golf Resort is an Active Adult community. At least one guest must be 55 years of age or older, and all guests must be 19 years or older. In an effort to maintain the quality of the community and ensure the safety and security of the neighbors, the SunBird HOA limits rentals to a minimum of 30 nights. The HOA also prohibits any person classified as a Level Three or Level Two sex offender from staying in SunBird. Our properties are all legally licensed with the City of Chandler and the State of Arizona, AZ TPT License No. 21128707.

The house is 921 sq.ft. with 2 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms. The living room includes a leather loveseat, 2 La-Z-Boy recliners and a 48" flat screen smart TV. The dining area easily seats 4 and can accommodate more. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, glass smooth top electric range, built-in microwave, side by side fridge with ice and water in the door, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockpot, waffle maker, etc. There is a new stacked washer/dryer in the home, as well as an iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with bureau, walk-in closet with mirrored sliding doors, and a flat-screen smart TV. The ensuite master bath has a large walk-in shower, and includes a hair dryer. The guest bedroom also has a queen-size bed with bureau, walk-in closet and flat-screen smart TV. The hall bath has a shower over the tub. All bedding and towels are provided. All bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. The covered patio has a propane BBQ grill, a table with 4 chairs and other seating and is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon beverages and dinners. The carport accommodates a car and a golf cart. There is a small storage room for luggage, etc. We pay all utilities, including electricity, water, local TV channels, NetFlix and Amazon Fire Stick, and we provide secured wireless hi-speed Internet service. (If you have Dish Network service at home, you can bring your set-top box with you because we have a dish pointed at the satellite.) The streets of SunBird are perfect for walking, jogging, bike riding. Both of the 2 community heated swimming pools are only short distances from our house. The on-site Post Office, the golf course, and the clubhouse with everything it has to offer are within walking distance. Clubhouse and community amenities include tennis, shuffle board, horseshoes, pickle ball, bocce ball, billiards, badminton, well-equipped fitness center, library, restaurant and bar and endless group activities. High temperatures in the winter months range from the mid-60s to 80s, and low temperatures generally range in the 40s. There may be an occasional rain shower, but you certainly will not need a snow shovel!
