Located in the Amelia Island Plantation, Fairway Oaks has beautiful single-story units situated in a wooded setting. This unit is an end-unit with lots of windows and a fully enclosed sun-room that lets in tons of natural light and allow for brilliant panoramic views of nature. It is only steps from a private swimming pool and has easy access to walking/biking trails. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this unit is furnished with high-end furniture including a king four-poster bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest room, and a queen sleeper-sofa in the living room.
We recently completed a full renovation of the interior of this unit. It has a brand new high-end kitchen, 2 brand new bathrooms, new appliances, flooring, windows, and all the comforts and conveniences of home.
Included in your quote is our 4-seat electric golf cart. Golf carts are the easiest and most enjoyable way to explore the more than 1,400 acres of recreation within the Amelia Island Plantation. You can drive it to our shops, restaurants and the beach, most of which have dedicated golf cart parking. We also have a 6-seater golf cart is available for larger parties for an additional $40/night. Please specify when booking.
