(Checkin is after 4:00 pm on Saturday, 3/219 and checkout is at 10:00 am on 3/26). It is wonderfully located in the Kierland development in Great Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ. The Villas property has two swimming pools of its own plus a fitness center, McDowell's Market (casual dining), Kids Club, and more. The property is adjacent to the Westin Kierland Hotel and Spa, and Villas guests have access to the hotels pools and amenities which include golf.

About the Villa:
The specific villa is assigned upon check-in. The 1BR premium is spacious and has a bedroom with a king bed. The living area has a sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen, dining area, and a full bath with soaker tub, separate shower, water closet, and vanity with two sinks. The villa also has a stackable washer/dryer. Mid-week housekeeping service is included; additional housekeeping service is available for a charge and can be arranged upon arrival.

About the Westin Kierland Villas property:
The Westin Kierland villas consist of six buildings, situated in and around two pools and a golf course. All of the buildings have elevators. There is a relaxation pool as well as an adventure pool with an adjacent infant pool area. Both pools offer food & beverage service, cabana rentals, and ample seating/lounging in both sunny and shaded areas. Daily activities and special events are offered, and there is a concierge service. McDowell's Market--adjacent to the pools and the main lobby--offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar service, and even room service. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has been continually upgraded. A Kid's Club fitness center, business center, and multiple outdoor public areas complete the experience. Multiple gas grills with utensils surround the buildings. Parking is free and some covered parking is available. However, a car is not necessary to enjoy your vacation here as so much is available on the property and within walking/shuttle distance.

About the area:
Within walking distance are the Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter upscale retail areas with shoppinh, restaurants, and an iPic movie theater. Safeway and Walgreen's are also a short (8-10 minutes) walk away. Additionally, Westin Kierland Villas offers free shuttle service to all of the above-mentioned amenities.

About Scottsdale:
For those with a car, greater Scottsdale and Phoenix have so much to offer! Hike Camelback Mountain; take in sporting events, TPC golf, museums, shopping, and restaurants. And enjoy the weather--even when it occasionally rains, this area is delightful.

If arriving by air to Phoenix (PHX) Sky Harbor airport, you must arrange your own transportation to and from Westin Kierland Villas. The specific villa unit number will be assigned upon arrival. Views and furnishings in the photos are representative of the Premium 1BR villas and may be slightly different (although furnishings are standard throughout the property). ALL units are well-maintained and beautifully furnished and appointed.
