Our beautiful home was brand new to the rental market in 2017 having just undertaken a complete renovation both inside and out to a very high and luxurious standard.
The Villa is located on the Highlands Reserve Golf Course Estate and is approximately 35 minutes from Orlando International airport and 1 hour from both Sanford and Tampa. Highlands Reserve is only 20 minutes from the main Disney attractions and a further 5-10 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Studios. Highway 192 with all its' attractions and restaurants is just 5 minutes from the villa and International Drive is approximately 25 minutes away.
The Villa offers 2400 sq. ft of open plan living area, comprising of:-

Stays are available from five days minimum to twenty one days maximum. (£95 exit cleaning fee for stays under seven days.) A £70 cleaning fee is payable on all stays under state required COVID regulations. Late check out- subject to availability and no later than 1pm- can be arranged at £50.
