Description

This cosy cottage, with it's stunning seaview, is set near the beautiful and popular summer town of Lysekil. Your cottage is close to the child-friendly beach Gullmarsbaden. You will also be within walking distance of the bus stop, a grocery store, and a great Spanish restaurant! The cottage has a conservatory and a small terrace from which you can enjoy the view. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher. You will find the dining table in the lovely conservatory. The conservatory leads onto the terrace which the sun usually reaches until eight at night. The small living room features a sofa bed that fits two, and a TV with a few Swedish channels. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. There's also a small alcove with a single bed . All of the rooms have a view of the sea. The bathroom is tiled and features a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. The natural graden plot is shared with the next house. Lysekil is a beautiful and very popular summer town, offering an array of restaurants and activities, such as concerts, seal safaris, and the aquarium Havets Hus. The town is known for being one of northern Europe's best places for canoeing, diving, and fishing. It is the perfect base for those who wish to enjoy the beauty of the archipelago. Take a boat trip and admire the islands, or rent a kayak! There's also a beautiful promenade by the beach, from which you can enjoy the view. If you are interested in history, don't miss the ancient rock carvings on the cliffs of Brodalen! History lovers will also enjoy the museum Vikarvet where you can learn about stone cutting and fishing in the area, as well as see the large collection of ships. For those who love swimming there's an excellent, child-friendly beach by Govik. There's another called Pinneviksbadet, with shallow water, public bathrooms, and a kiosk. You can also swim by the dock Trampen in the harbour. Those who want to go golfing can visit the new 18-hole golf course in Holma. Welcome to a wonderful holiday home!
