Only a few hundred meters away is Skrea strand's lovely, long sandy beach and at a comfortable distance you reach the cozy summer town of Falkenberg. The ground floor has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped and open with a dining area and a spacious entrance hall. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower. In the main entrance there is a washing machine and dryer. From here you have access to the open-ended and lush inner garden. The spacious terrace is partly covered and features comfortable outdoor furniture and sun beds as well as a barbecue. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a double bed and a guest toilet. It features a living room with seating area and a modern TV. The built-in balcony has outdoor furniture and a lovely view of the cottage area out to sea. Perfect for a relaxing moment at sunset. Not for rent to youth groups. During ve 27 - 31 no power costs are paid. By bike, or by bus from the nearby bus stop, you can reach Falkenberg city centre. There are many nice little cafés, restaurants and shops. The nice, large sandy beach at Skrea, is quickly filled with bathers in the summer. Just south of your residence you reach a lovely hiking area and a nature reserve that offers rock baths. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses within easy reach. The closest is Falkenberg's Gk. Through Falkenberg runs Ätran which has nice nature experiences and walking paths. Ätran has a nice salmon fishing (fishing license required). Feel free to make a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with serving and a musteri with outdoor seating. To the north you can quickly reach Varberg's nice summer town and south Halmstad. By car you can also quickly reach Europe's largest shopping centre GEKÅS in Ullared.
