All rooms including the bathroom have floor-to-ceiling windows with unspoiled sea- and mountain views. The villa also provides a comprehensive security system, high-speed internet (Fiber-optic), a smart TV with internet-access and a washing machine.
Due to the hillside location, private mobilization is recommended. Please be aware that the road to the villa has a steep gradient on the last 200 meters. Collective taxis are available at the Ringroad (approx. 600 m.)
