Linen/Bedsheets NOT included. Can be rented for 15€/Person and includes Bedsheets, Bathtowels and kitchen towels.
The Guest house will not have water in winter period, due to frost risc - from mid November to Mid April, meaning the toilet will not work in this period and the toilet in main building should be used.
Electricity for Heating is NOT included in winter period mid October to mid May. Electricity will in this period be charged with 0,5€/KWH usage. We will deduct the usage from the Damage Deposit after your stay. You are welcome to buy wood for the wooden stove that reduce electricity.
