Description

Villa Xuwicha is an ultra-sleek, contemporary freestanding home overlooking the spectacular Pranburi Beach, within a stylish resort setting. Offering the best of both worlds, this airy and vibrant home gives guests the convenience and amenities of a resort along with the privacy of an independent home.

Staff are on hand for guests' every need, while the 8 km long stretch of sand sits invitingly on this home's doorstep, with the sparkling ocean just a few steps away. The interiors feature a light and inviting Scandinavian influence, with natural timbers, sleek, light tones and minimalist layout.

A generously-proportioned open-plan living space sets the scene for lively group or family time, with a home-from-home environment and a refreshingly natural feel. With floor-to-ceiling glass throughout, offering beautiful ocean views and a natural interplay between indoor and outdoor living, guests can wander out for a dip in the private pool, or enjoy al fresco meals on the dining porch as the sun softens over the ocean.

At the end of the modernist courtyard garden, sits a pretty patch of grass with elegant day beds and parasols offering tranquil shade in the ocean breezes.

Back inside, this chic retreat is finessed with modern fittings and state-of-the-art appliances throughout, and all the necessary touches such as air-con, high-speed internet and satellite television.

Olive tones and soft oranges contrast with sparkling whites and crisp neutrals along with lavish textures such as soft faux animal skin rugs. The four bedrooms feature Egyptian cotton, ultimate comfort and restoration with accents of citrussy tones, lime greens and oranges. The jacuzzi bathtubs, fluffy towels and luxury toiletries add those little extra touches of elegance, style and decadence.

Villa Xuwicha is a vivacious home, brimming with feel-good sea-side vibes, quality of interiors, secluded tranquillity and a designer's touch, just moments from the ocean and a short distance from local attractions.

#### Location
Villa Xuwicha is set in a tranquil spot, overlooking the glorious beach in Nam Pran, Pranburi, just 30km south of Hua Hin. Sugar-white sand beaches and the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Thailand blend with the local village life and beautiful mangrove forests, unspoilt nature and wildlife that this region is known for.

Nam Pran promises unparalleled tranquillity, seclusion and luscious greenery, at less than half an hour from the bright lights and attractions of Hua Hin. Surrounded by dense forests, pristine beaches, caves, shrines and temples, there is so much on offer for visitors to the region. Pak Nam Pran is home to a small few fishing communities, sustainable living communities and generally offers a low-key atmosphere away from commercial attractions.

The Kha Sam Roi Yot National Park is well worth a visit; home to a spectacular array of wildlife and scenery. The distinctive limestone peaks and lush overgrowth make for unforgettable scenes over the marshes and mangrove swamps.

For a unique taste of local life, Koh Tao Island is 15km from the Khai Takiab coast. This isolated island is home to a fishing village with generations-old community remaining mostly untouched by modern life, offering magical secluded bays, forests and mountains.

For a taste of Thai spiritual life, a trip to the Chao Mae Tubtim Thong Shrine offers a mystical setting, which, after a hike, visitors will come across the large Buddha and bell tower and will be rewarded with excellent views of the river and mangrove trees across Pranburi.

For nightlife, shopping and the buzz of cosmopolitan life, Hua Hin is a pulsating hub of music, clubs, dining, market life and its very own “Venice” replica complete with canals and gondola rides! The night markets are a dazzling display of local wares and colourful street life that are an unforgettable scene of Thai culture and tourist influence.
